As stipulated in RFC3580, 2346 is the maxiumum frame length for 802.11.

Just curious as to what SmartBridges reasoning is for the default
setting for fragmentation in the AP.  Before I go making any changes I
would sure like to hear what they have to say.  There has to be some
kind of reasoning behind it.
