The airPointPRO is capable to operate between 1 to 11 Mbps with auto fall back features. With the 11Mbps rate, the real throughput will be from 4.60 – 5.00 Mbps. For more information about the product features, please go thru the following link. http://www.smartbridges.com/new/products/appo.php
If you are looking for a bandwidth throttling at the access point level, XO series will be the best choice for you. http://www.smartbridges.com/new/products/xo_series.php

Hi Everyone. I'm new to this list so if this question was asked, please forgive.
I am running Alvarion BA II's Access Points. Radio is 3MB which leaves about 1.3Mb left for throughput. I'd like to replace everything to achieve greater speeds for the end-user.
What is the real throughput of the airPointPro's? In other words, what's the most my customer will see?
My wired backhaul is 10Mb so I have plenty of bandwidth to offer.
Thanks
Rick
