1200 Kilobits per sec. which is about what I'd expect if I was plugged directly into the same switch as the T1, so upload speed seems just fine. It probably would give 400 Kilobytes per sec. if I had a local test server to test the throughput before the T1.
I'll try switching to channel 1 if the new power supply doesn't help.
