You could try a layer 3 switch. Expensive though (Dlink & cisco and other
manufacturers make them). Be much better with a software router such as
mikrotik or linux/*BSD system.

It does not matter what you call it. Broadcast domains are divided at layer
3, regardless of the marketing term used.
