We run MACs here at EC and they had to go out and buy me a PC laptop to
be able to run SimpleMonitor and the other tools. I have not tried to
run SimpleMonitor on Virtual PC. My MAC desktop doesn't have enough
poop to run it and the powers that be were not about to give up their
G5s. :)
My general experience with emulators is that they have trouble with
ports. It would be interesting to see how Virtual PC and the MAC handle
the IP stack and ARP tables, if at all.
I kind of like the MACs, but it is cool having the only PC in the place.
