Kevin,

Run a MAC G3 (no laughs, up grading this year) with Virtual PC/win2000.  
Now what I did was set-up a separate physical drive in the MAC for the 
VPC install, so VPC doesn't have to share file space with the MAC.  
Anyways, long story short.. works great!  I really mean it.  Can do 
NetBIOS crap, Simplemonitor, L2TP tunneling.  Its quite amazing.  (And 
not terribly slow, but I do have a 1 gig of RAM in that MAC.

(PS  this is not the only machine I have...)

Been doing this for a year... if I am really brave, I will load up my 
Linux emulator for Windoze (cygwin) onto the VPC install.. see how that 
does (an emulator running on an emulator ;))
