I agree, they need to up the power at least on the APPO's
I have begged them to do this on the XO and XO2
They keep saying next year
We like the smartBridges and airPoint Pros but we are fighting a severe
foliage and tree situation
We like the smartBridge radios so much that we are looking for a way to put
amps on the access points, till they come out without a more powerful radio
We are considering ordering cases for the XO and putting the APPO with amps
inside
Teletronics makes an amp that would go inside the case and has a 20dBi
output
I would even special order access points directly from Smartbridges if I
could get more powerful access points
I am telling you we are tired trying to make the units in the field with not
enough power on the access points

Smartbridges people,
Why does the Smartbridges AP have such a low power output? At 56.2
milliwatts it has a lower trasmit power than most off-the-shelf AP's. Is
there any way up the power levels?
