Okay, new problem. I have an APPO in AP mode and an APPO in CB mode.
If I power off the APPO(AP) and leave the APPO(CB) running for a while.... then go and repower the APPO(AP) back on, I get associated and there are packets on the wireless going back and forth, but there is no IP connectivity. smartMonitor finds the AP but not the CB.
