Well the only problem is that he is a customer of another WISP that uses all internal PCI cards for installs. He has spoken with them about getting an  external CPE/Bridge but all they will offer is something in the $700-$800. The cost would be passed on to my friend. So I mentioned that there are several options for 802b bridges that are more cost effective. I am just trying to find him something that will work with the Leap authentication. I would like to help him find something that he could just replace the PCI card without having to mess with his wisp. They are not very cooperative sometimes.
