I by no means am giving the opinion not to use/buy SB products. They are good for the price.  My experience with them is that they are not much better than some retail home devices.  No one can honestly say that SB don't have issues, and don't have more issues than the majority of commercial products out there. It's just that they are cheaper and everyone (me included) wants to use less expensive CPE.  The good thing for those that care is that SB products are certified with external antennas, unlike linksys devices, etc.  Also no other company do I know has the highest officers of the company post regularly. SB is very willing to hear and make suggestions about problems we are experiencing. I just sometimes don't feel the SB does very diligent testing when they release a product/firware upgrade etc. I too have built a stable business on SB products. There are many of us who have built stable businesses based on this product. Nothing is perfect (especially at this price point).  With anything, if you plan ahead a bit for some failure, you can make it work. Since anytime someone reports a problem to SB, the immediate answer is, "well it doesn't happen in our lab."  I know SB is better than any other vendor that I know of at listening and addressing issues, eventually.  My problem is all the stupid little querks about their products. They work for a couple months then flake out, then 3 firmware versions later, something that use to work is broken, then power must be the issue and you must buy different power supplies, the list goes on.
