It took me only a couple of months to track down the right person .... 

His answer: You can find the attributes for E1, E8, and E9 in the 
Intel_SSD_Toolbox_User_Guide located at www.intel.com/go/ssdtoolbox (and I have 
no idea since when these infos are available)

If you need more infos I probably could connect you to an expert now that I 
found him

Thanks a lot. I just added the three attribute id's to smartmontools.
Unfortunately, the above document is not accessible for mere mortals,
as one has to be "enrolled in an Intel program", whatever this means.

Could to please confirm, that the remaining attributes as listed in
"smartctl -a" for your drive are correct? As these things are more
or less vendor specific, we need the appropriate attribute meanings 
from vendor specs resp. information.
And if the raw attribute values are coded in some special way, this
information would be very helpful, too.
