There really, really ought to be a log. Your process tree showed process 10752 as "/usr/sbin/svcadm enable -rst build master”. This means that the service must have already been registered by svccfg. My guess is svcadm is waiting for one or more of the service dependencies to become available before starting your service because that would explain why there is no log file for your service. Maybe Ansible is trying to start the service before deploying the configuration file “master.cfg"?
