bnx(7D) is the Broadcom NetXtreme II gigabit EtherNet device driver.

The bnx manual page contains more detail.

hp DL380 G7 is certified to support Solaris 10 u8 and onwards, according to

Those are completely different network adapters, namely intel's, so they 
utilize different drivers, e1000g(7D) and igb(7D).
