We generally recommend against distributed file systems due to the operational complexity and the CAP-related challenges that they present. How do you expect your VMs to interact with it? Does it require fuse? Some VFS kernel module? Something else? Keep in mind, that it's not supported to use non-local storage for the primary backing store of any VM. > BTW I'm more an end user rather than a developer.
