A solution is to remove python27-2.7.11 and re-install it Removing python2.7 with 'pkgin remove python27-2.7.11' will also remove nodejs-5.7.0, which will also need to be re-installed Console logs attached image: "96bcddda-beb7-11e5-af20-a3fb54c8ae29"
