Right, the problem is that python is shipped by default in the 'base'
image, and an upgrade of OpenSSL (which changed ABI) will not
reinstall python.

The fix for this is the 15.4.1 images which were released at the end
of last week, as they contain all the updated packages.  The better
fix would have been a recursive revision bump for all packages which
depend on OpenSSL, which I should have done in retrospect but didn't
until it was too late.  It has been done in pkgsrc trunk though, and
I'll ensure we do it correctly next time.
