So these kstats generally should always be created as part of attaching
the disk. So the next thing is to see if we actually have the kstat
pointer or not which will let us know where to next direct the search.

Can you please run the following:

mdb -ke "::walk sd_state | ::grep '.!=0' | ::print struct sd_lun
un_errstats[]"

Also, can you share the output of diskinfo?
