Hello, I have the same problem with a PERC H330 Mini (installed into a R530). The strange thing is that I also have another identical machine configured exactly in the same way. That machine had no problem at all! The firmwares (BIOS, Lifecycle controller, Ethernet cards, PERC, etc ...) of the two machines are updated to the latest version released. The two PERC controllers are configured as HBA (non-RAID mode). SmartOS platform release is 20160609T010930Z. I have booted from PXE (iPXE) and also from USB, no differences at all. Any clues?
