Thanks Heinz - Do you have a bit more info, perhaps on what kind of misconfiguration? It feels like something network related, but since DNS and routing to the outside world behave correctly otherwise, I'm at a bit of a loss. I tried to find more details on what/how exactly zlogin works, without trying to read source code. (At that point I'm usually over my head.) That or time to crack open the dtrace book :/
