Thanks Brian for the link and I will start looking into this some more.

I can already setup and run some zones but was looking for the easiest way
to set up an internal NAT to just handle other zones as well as possibly
add on DHCP and DNS  for those other zones as well.

That's basically why I was looking into possibly using VyOS or pfsense as
they seem to do it all, but let me dig into your templates to see what I
can learn
