Hi all,
We haveĀ a question regarding the setup of network interfaces.
We have a system running in OVH and we need to pin an ip address to the
network interface ixgbe0
if we try this via the /usbkey/configĀ file with following
external0_mac=<mac>
external_ip=<ipaddrss>
etc etc
When doing a reboot it's creating a vnic on top of the ixgbe0 interface,
and this is not what we need.
We need to get that ip address on to the ixgbe0 interface directly.
So how can we do this with the /usbkey/config file ?
If we would do it the old way the config will clear,or is there a way
that we can define a certain MAC address to a vnic?
Kind Regards,
Dirk & Filip
