Qi as I understand it works as Paul says.  I don't have any kernel on
the SD so its booting from NAND.  I'm flashing the kernel and then
flashing the rootfs.  Same as I always have with dfu-util.

dfu-util -d 0x1d50:0x5119 -a kernel -R -D kernel.bin
dfu-util -d 0x1d50:0x5119 -a rootfs -R -D root.jffs2

For some reason I have always had to use the "d" option.  I'd be
surprised if its my method of flashing since it works with other images,
including a successful flash of ms5-rc2.
