I think we need to live with this situation every time new EFL snapshots are packaged, i.e. Zhone will be broken every once in a while. For the record, it seems that the command you proposed at http://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2009/07/msg00203.html is not correct for experimental, I will deal with that here at DebConf9 today or tomorrow at last, since no Openmoko-related work can be done without those packages.
