I'm assuming the SMF service swat/tcp is in maintenance? What does it say in the /var/svc/log/network-swat:default.log? Hopefully this is not one of the useless log files? You can also up the debug level with --debuglevel=XYZ, IIRC, may be slightly different for OS since I did this on Linux.
