On a related note, I'm just about ready to test the workaround, but before I do, is there a way to make sure that I can re-run the fix easily without having to re-create a fresh snv_80 BE (lumake takes hours). In other words, can I save some SMF database files off somewhere, copy them back, and reboot to duplicate the problem? This is obviously an issue since the problem only happens at first boot... -Seb
