As Stephen says, this would be good. It's a bit sad that the default install has not followed best practices for the last while. It would be good to get in front of this and ensure that the two mesh up moving forward with the zfs root project. For various reasons, best practices are not always followed, but the situation worsens considerably when a standard install does not follow said. If we can "force" best practices right from the install, that would be a big gain. Thanks for the details on this, and for the look forward. Rainer (Note the quotes around "force."
