Dave,

 I  took a look at that bug, and I am not quite sure
it is the same thing. I don't see in the bug were this
is Sol10 U3 (11/06). Our customer has disabled
rpc/bind and inetd on previous Sol10 release and
they still booted multi-user. They only see this issue
in U3.

 Also what does  require_all and optional_all mean?
If  I do a svcs -l svc:/milestone/multi-user:default
It states inetd and rpc are optional_all. Doesn't this
mean you don't need them for multi-user?
