svcs -x[v] will show what is wedged and what it affects.  This is
new, we never had something like it before.

I like this idea.  Take a time argument and only show me log entries
after that time.  It could determine the last boot time itself, though
I think we will find that there are more interesting events than just
boot, hence the desire for a generic time argument, too.
