Hello, I'm new to solaris, I trying to understand the way SMF works, so sorry if my questions seems stupid :-)
I just started playing with it for learning purpose. I have some questions regarding the log files. I seems logging of services goes to /var/svc/log Is this used for all usual operations logging? Does it mean that by exemple for apache2, everything is logged there (access, error, combined, virtual host logs)? Is is possible the change the place where these log files are located? I tried with svccfg whitout success. Please, need help from people with more experience in that domain. Thanks a lot. This message posted from opensolaris.org
