(This bug is probably going to be withdrawn... there's already an 
ntp.conf variable that was an oversight to not have documented.  I just 
need to spend the time on the ARC work. :( )

It remains a good idea, and we could certainly put it in the template 
at a suggested location and property.  However, no specific progress 
has been made at this point.

I'll include it in the templates proposal I'm working on, though.  
Given that SBD introduced "config/local_only", how about
"config/logfile" as a proposal?
