The way we're running this, the server is running all the time. So
when will SMSServer actually send out a message that was, say, written
as an XML file to the appropriate directory? I see references to a
"run" (e.g. "During each run..." for the XML interface) - what's a
"run" in the case of SMSServer running all the time?
