SMS messages do not have extensible "header" fields.

If this is to be implemented by the library, it would take space from
the normal message area. This would either cut useful characters from
the end application or would increase the message parts needed for a
message.

I don't think that this is something that SMSLib should implement. A
low level library should not make assumptions - such assumptions are
better suited to be placed in upper levels.
