Is that possible to send sms to some phone emulator?
Besides, is this library support windows?
As i see, its making use of some java communication package (that can
not run in windows) in SMSServer.java.
What i want to do is making a simple SMS Client that able to send SMS
to GSM modem/phone.
Is that SMSLib suites my needs?

Pls comment. Thank you!
