Hi,

Maybe you miss this one: http://smslib.org/doc/installation/ ?
You need to provide SUN Java Comm 2 for Windows environment.

The minimal requirement is a regular cellular phone that AT Command
supported, and a cable data to connect it to the PC/notebook. You may use
yours, or your friend's phone to try it :)
