Dear Thanasis,

No, My modem is NOT CDMA and i am NOT in CDMA network as well..
I am using GSM modem with GSM network.
My modem default initiated with PDU mode and the messages gets
displayed in hex format.,
so,I wantedly changed into TEXT format by using AT command "AT+CMGF=1"
I observed that some sort of junk and special characters like "diamond
symbol, black blocked text" are getting displayed in inbox with
continuation of message.
I had also sent a text message from my mobile, but message is getting
concatenated with all other junk characters.
I only use PDU mode in smslib and why smslib gets hanged when reading
junk characters??

please suggest..
