Got your logs, thank you :) I've seen this issue a couple of times - not from my modems but from reports of other friends. It's as if some modems (or some mobile providers - don't know which one to blame) generate submission reports.
SMSLib reports them as unknown messages, together with storage info. This means that you can delete them via deleteMessage() method. I understand that you are using SMSServer, so you may have to digg a bit and add code to delete these unknown messages upon reception.
