The "error" column is just an error counter and it gets increased every
time SMSLib fails to send a message. SMSLib will try again to send failed
messages, up to "retries" setting described here:
http://smslib.org/doc/smsserver/interfaces/database/. After that, it will
permanentrly fail the message.
