first of all, get your security sorted out. He has access to
your stuff and is misusing it, either deliberately or
accidentally. Turn off file-sharing and secure the router. Do
you have wireless, by any chance? back-up your iTunes stuff and
take it off line (an external disk),including the library file.
He may have been buying stuff on your credit card too if you put
your credit card details in. But he would need your password.

Your router or your Macbook don't have security on them -
similar things would have happened with Windows. The router is
the first target - is your network secured?

But what to do after securing the network depends on whether you
have purchased stuff from the iTunes store or not. If not, it's
simple - you deauthorise the computer. If you have, it's more
complex. Let us know.

But I would deauthorise the computer, then export the Library
(File menu), then open iTunes with option key down to create a
new library. Then drop the exported file onto iTunes to create a
new library. AFAIK this doesn't include account details, just
the library. info (don't have time to test). Then reactivate the
computer for purchased stuff. not 100% sure that will do it, but
it used to (so 99%)

keep a backup of all the files, especially the iTunes library.
And get the firewall switched on!
