Macspeech Dictate is pretty good but will take more than an hour 
to set up and get running smoothly. Installing Leopard should be 
pretty straightforward - insert disk, run installer, choose 
upgrade option and leave for a while.

but you should back up first.

All of which is not really in line with what you hoped...! but 
do it properly or not at all is my advice.
