you can import the indesign files using Trados S-Tagger or DejaVu.

S-Tagger will generate a ttx file to be translated with TagEditor (which I
find a nightmare to work with). And it has to be reexported using S-Tagger
again.

It can be imported straight away in DejaVu and exported accordingly.
