Its highly unlikely that your accounts have been hacked.  Much more likely
as someone (?Sam?) said that a windows using friend's machine has been
hijacked or emails harvested from one of those round robin monstrosities
that people will insist on sending.
If you check the origins of the emails, they will probably have come from
somewhere entirely predictable (such as Eastern Europe or the Far East).  It
is very easy to change the "from" address in an email to make it
superficially appear that it comes from your address.  And what better way
to get through your own spam filters than to come from your own address?
 Just think what might have happened in the background if you'd opened it on
a Windows machine.  Shudder...
