I wrote about a problem like this, a  couple of weeks back.

I got quadruplication of diaries and so on.

What I did was to delete all the ===plicates and then to synch ONLY  
the ical diary to mobile.me, using the advanced option and setting the  
computer to overwrite the mobile'me data.I think you will have also to  
swynch individually to your other devices, but this time with  
mobile.me overwriting the devices.

I hope I've put that clearly. Since I did this, I've managed to keep a  
simple and clean calendar. I think the problem is some sort of  
compounding of versions.
