ah, I was assuming it was like a disk connected to an AeBS.

so, basically, you want to clear out the backups. What *should*
work is to go to yesterday (or last week) and select the HD,
then the action menu item 'delete all back-ups'. My
understanding is that this deletes all backups previous to the
one you are viewing (ie not the current ones that you've skipped
back from).

If it works, then you've cleared out all but the very recent
version. If it doesn't, er, you should be no worse off.

Do have a separate bcak-up while you're doing this!

As for the disk, I think you reformat it through AeBS. Have a
look around in there.

But also consider deleting selectively -- is there a folder that
gets a lot of use and change for things you Don't want archived?
You can delete back-ups of that and exclude it for future (I do
this with EyeTV as I archive anything I want to keep in that
separately, and I don't want all the junk I speculatively record.)

But I think someone who actually has a TC should advise from here:_0
