Hi I am a mac user but not very techy I like things simple... I am very busy and just want things to work quickly.. I had an HP 3180 but I found this terrible , I bought it with my mac through Apple on line and after14 days they did not want to know!!!!! about problems I was having with machine so beware...of Apple online..
The software kept had to be reloaded and it shut down unexpectedly at random times...usually about once a week when I was most busy and customer support was abysmal too! It was so bad that I have decided to replace it.. even though it is less than a year old This time I phoned John Lewis and bought through them as they give good customer service, they sold me an Epson stylus SX 400 saying it was mac compatible BUT when I want to print 20 pages of a doc from my computer I cannot see how to do this when I want to only print page 3 say of a 5 page doc I can't see how to do this All I want to do is print docs from my computer and simply and easily scan docs to send by email( I use firefox ) can anyone help me or recommend anything I have a mac book and my budget is under £80 you can phone me if you like Tamsin 01444 452279 --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Sussex Mac User Group" group.
