I have a G4 12" Powerbook running 10.4.11. Since doing an erase and install a few months back, Safari has become unusable it seems. I have even updated Safari to the latest version but that did not cure things.
Basically, it is slower than it used to be when I start it up, and after a minute or so of "surfing" or using the Internet it just stops working. It will not shut down and I have to then shut it down with the Force Quit function. Any ideas, short of another re-install? Firefox runs beautifully, by the way, and so far all the other Apps seem to be happy.
