I haven't got an iPhone yet (still got a long time to go on my Orange contract) but an iPod Touch 2G (with 32Gb). I have tons of apps and music on there and have not got anywhere near the 16Gb mark yet. There is talk of large database apps in progress and that is the only time you might need of the 32Gb iPhone in my opinion.
