Hi Barry The best way to set it up will be to connect the time capsule to the O2 router via ethernet cable into one of the LAN ports, not the WAN port. Open Airport Utility and under the internet configuration tab select "Off (Bridge Mode)" so that the Airport won't attempt to allocate IP addresses. It'll run the wireless network but leave all the IP addressing to the O2 router.
