Hi Richard I'm on my third lease with Hardsoft - all upgrades after 18 months - and have had great service from them. Recently upgraded my lease to an iMac - the finance is arranged through Photolease. Yes it is more expensive than outright purchase but with the last two leases they gave me a free wireless router. The second lease I took out was for a laptop. I wasn't happy with the machine they supplied and they replaced it the next day and collected the old one at no cost to me. I did consider upgrading my Windows CS2 to Mac versions of CS4 which I could also have leased but decided after using trial versions to stick with CS2 which I am using via VirtualBox and all is working fine. They were very helpful costing out numerous different options. All in all a good experience. I am a company (sole trader) but the lease is in my own name.
Hope this helps.
