You can use a bookmark synchronizer to sync your bookmarks from Camino
<-> Safari <-> iPhone like Bookit
http://www.everydaysoftware.net/bookit/index.html or Bookdog
http://sheepsystems.com/products/bookdog/ (neither is free though)

I also used Camino for years, usually nightly builds, but I never open
it now, Safari's Javascript performance is a big win for me.
