My computer is Apple Mac OS10.4.11. I use the online savings account with ING. For security, to enter the account, I am asked to enter numbers from my password using the keypad on the screen. I can see the keypad but there are no numbers visible. Before using Firefox I used Safariand had no problem at all using the ING site, but since upgrading to Safari 4.0.3 I have had the same problem ie cannot see numbers on the keypad*. I have tried contacting techn.support at ING without success. I have just now tried contacting Firefox support forum but in order to ask the above question I am asked to write image shown on screen. No image is visible. When I try to submit question to the forum I get error message saying "incorrect bot verification code". I guess this all relates to same problem and that Firefox needs tweaking. But how? help please.
